I'm giving this Basmati rice 4 out of 5 stars. The grains are long and slender, and it has a lovely fragrance when cooking. The texture is generally fluffy and not sticky, which is great. It loses one star because occasionally a batch might be a little less fragrant or the grains slightly less defined than the absolute top-tier brands, but it's still a fantastic, dependable rice for most dishes.
