How to Use

Vermicelli Upma (Savoury Breakfast)

1. Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter.
2. Add curry leaves, green chillies, and finely chopped onions. Sauté until golden.
3. Add chopped vegetables of your choice (carrots, peas, beans) and cook for 2–3 minutes.
4. Pour in 1.5 cups of water per cup of MTR Vermicelli Roasted and bring to a boil.
5. Add the vermicelli, stir well, cover, and cook on low heat for 3–4 minutes until the water is absorbed.
6. Season with salt and lemon juice. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.

Seviyan Kheer (Sweet Dessert)

1. Heat ghee in a heavy-bottomed pan. Add the vermicelli and lightly toast for 1–2 minutes (it is already pre-roasted, so this step is optional).
