Return and Refund Policy

(A “consumer” is any natural person who enters into a transaction predominantly for purposes that are outside their trade, business, or profession.)

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days and begins on the day:

  • you or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier) receive the goods, if you ordered one or more items in a single order and they were delivered together;

  • you or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier) receive the last item, if you ordered several goods in a single order and they were delivered separately.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. by letter or email) of your decision to withdraw from the contract. You may use the sample withdrawal form provided below, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notice of withdrawal before the 14-day period has expired.

2. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding additional costs if you chose a type of delivery other than our standard option).

The refund will be made promptly and at the latest within 14 days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal. Unless otherwise agreed, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction. You will not be charged any fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. The estimated maximum cost is EUR 6,99

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if the loss in value is due to handling beyond what is necessary to check the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

3. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:

  • goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized;

  • goods that can spoil quickly or have a short expiry date;

  • all items categorized as “SAVE FOOD”;

  • newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, except for subscriptions.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for:

  • sealed goods unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery;

  • goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature;

  • sealed audio or video recordings or computer software if the seal has been removed after delivery.
