How to Use for Best Results

For Soft Rotis & Chapatis:

  1. Take 2 cups of Annam Chakki Atta in a mixing bowl
  2. Add water gradually (approximately 3/4 to 1 cup) and knead into a smooth, soft dough
  3. Let the dough rest for 15-20 minutes covered with a damp cloth
  4. Divide into small portions, roll into thin circles, and cook on a hot tawa/griddle
  5. Flip when bubbles appear and cook until golden brown spots form on both sides

For Parathas:

  1. Prepare dough as above but slightly firmer consistency
  2. Roll out, add filling if desired, fold and roll again
  3. Cook on medium-high heat with ghee or oil until crispy and golden
