How to Use Aashirvaad Atta for Best Results

For Perfect Rotis and Chapatis:

  1. Take 2 cups of Aashirvaad Atta in a mixing bowl
  2. Add water gradually (approximately 3/4 cup) and knead into a soft, smooth dough
  3. Let the dough rest for 15-20 minutes covered with a damp cloth
  4. Divide into equal portions and roll into thin circles
  5. Cook on a hot tawa/griddle until golden spots appear on both sides
  6. Optionally, roast directly on flame for puffed rotis

For Parathas:
